I reached out to Sara in January with questions about possibly ordering my birthday outfit from her. I ended up placing my order on Valentine’s Day after I saw her new instagram post of new merchandise she added skirts!
Sara was so excited for me to get my outfit!
When I got my order and tried it on I loved it so much but I realized that I ordered the wrong size! I knew that she makes every order herself and I was so nervous to reach out to tell her that it didn’t fit me
I was going to just pay full price and order a whole new bra because I messed up and ordered a size to small but Sara was so understanding and accommodating to the fact that the bra didn’t fit me and made me a brand new one in the correct size within the next two weeks. She stayed in contact with me the whole time, I even saw her post a new style bra with ruffles and while she was in the process of creating mine she went out of her way to add ruffles to my bra as soon as I asked. With no hesitation she chose to prioritize my order and put even more love into my birthday outfit… She even threw in the cutest cherry clip for my hair as a free gift for ordering!
The quality of the bra is amazing! It holds you and pushes you up in all the right places!
